When you contact or interact with Self Care Originals (through purchasing from us, engaging with our content, or through any other means), you are agreeing to this privacy policy. Read it carefully.

Privacy is very important to us. As such, we hold your personal information in electronic form and protect it through electronic and procedural safeguards. It is either stored on our IT systems or the IT systems of our contractors or service providers. Where Personal Information is collected in paper form, we transfer it to electronic form and destroy the paper once this has been done.
All Personal Information is treated as confidential and dealt with in accordance with this privacy policy. Our contractors and service providers are obligated to do the same.
When we no longer need your Personal Information, we will securely destroy it, provided there is no legal reason why we need to retain it.

Express: $14 (1-2 business days)
We usually ship packages within 5-10 business days of your order, but this may vary during busier periods. If you want to check up on your order, email us here.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Belgium? Bogota? Boston? We're chuffed that Self Care is going global. Our International shipping costs and times vary depending on your location.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We offer returns within 7 days of arriving at your door. Keep your items in their original condition, with the original sales receipt included. The value of the product will be refunded via the original payment method. To make a return, email us at hello@selfcareoriginals.com.
If you would like to exchange your Self Care, simply return the original product via the method described above. You may then purchase your new, more preferred Self Care at your leisure.
We offer full refunds for any items that are returned. Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of purhcase. Simply email us at hello@selfcareoriginals.com.
Please note that Self Care isn’t responsible for return costs. We are only able to refund the initial delivery charge if your items arrived damaged. Refunds can also only be made to the original card used to make the order and can take up to 10 days to process.
