Of course, life is empowering and rewarding too, but hard. The natural ebbs and flows will always provide us with challenges, and we believe that actively embracing self-care helps to turn these into opportunities. Self-care allows us to make room to navigate everyday challenges, make more conscious and self-aware decisions, and ultimately, help us to connect with ourselves and others. Sounds nice, doesn’t it?
THAT'S WHY WE CREATED THE SELF-CARE TOOLS
Sure, a journal or conversation cards might not be the answer to all of your problems, but they will help you truly get to know yourself – beyond a filter, beyond a wellness fad, and hopefully without too much crying on the couch (though, we're about that too!).
We know that our identity is constantly evolving, but our values and beliefs explored in these products are what can help keep us grounded, especially in moments of uncertainty around us. It’s about more than just face masks, crystal and scented candles; these tools help bridge the gap between science, psychology and self-exploration. They have been developed by psychologists, carefully crafted for you.
Big Talk Card Game explores our vulnerability and intimacy. Exactly as the name suggests, it makes for serious chats in a safe space. Best played over a bowl of pasta, but then again, isn’t everything in life better served with carbs?
