If you can see the option to pre-order, then yes! We’re a small independent business, so sometimes it’s tricky to predict stock levels. Pre-order becomes available when we sell out of a product fast but know more people want their hands on it. We’ll always specify the wait times, too. We want you to be 100% happy with your order. We offer returns within 7 days of arriving at your door. Keep your items in their original condition, with the original sales receipt included. The value of the product will be refunded via the original payment method. To make a return, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to exchange your Self Care, simply return the original product via the method described above. You may then purchase your new, more preferred Self Care at your leisure. We offer full refunds for any items that are returned. Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that Self Care isn’t responsible for return costs. We are only able to refund the initial delivery charge if your items arrived damaged. Refunds can also only be made to the original card used to make the order and can take up to 10 days to process.

The physical products are produced offshore and finished locally. Our manufacturing partners implement transparency and traceability of the supply chain, both offshore and in Australia. They commit themselves to ensuring no exploitation occurs, both of the people who produce the clothes and the environment they are made in. Our partners have had 100% of their garment factories audited and 100% of their fabrics and yarns are traceable. They use GOTS organic licensed suppliers and participate in a number of initiatives including BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) and Amfori BSCI.
